Terms of Service

1. Services provided by Webstreamer Media Services are not to be used for the transmission, storage, or presentation of any information or data that is in violation of EU/US laws.

2. Services provided by Webstreamer Media Services are not to be used to track individuals in Secondlife.

3. Any attempt to exploit any of our servers in any way is grounds for immediate termination of services.

4. The customer is wholly responsible for any misuse of their server in any way, regardless of wether they or any third party acting on their behalf took the action.

5. In any case where a customer believes that their server may have been compromised, it is the customers responsibility to alert Webstreamer Media Services in writing and they alone shall be held liable for any misuse until such time that we are informed.

6. Webstreamer Media Services considers certain material to be unacceptable. If unacceptable material is found on a its servers, or is linked to the servers in any way, the server will be immediately suspended.

7. Examples of unacceptable material include, but are not limited to :
(a) Fraudulent activities of any kind (b) Illegitimate use of botting software (c) Copyrighted material without explicit consent to use or distribute (d) Network or Computer scanning or attack software (e) Exploits (f) Computer viruses or malicious software (g) Proxy scripts or services used for malicious purposes (h) Racist, hateful, or harassing content (i) Hacking related information or service (j) Spam of any kind.
